The duo have electrified audiences with a barrage of majestic displays, rightfully having their performances honoured in the Young Player of the Year category.
Completing the nominees are Cole Palmer, Bukayo Saka, Michael Olise and Joao Pedro – with the winner chosen by the Premier League players.

Maya Le Tissier enjoyed another superb season for the women’s side, with her performances also earning a nomination in the top six for the Young Player of the Year.
A history of success
Manchester United maintains a proud tradition with youth players and holds the record with eight winners in the category.
Mark Hughes first earned recognition in 1984-85, with Lee Sharp following him in 1990-91.
United’s domestic dominance would seal the following two years, with Ryan Giggs becoming the first player to win back-to-back awards.
David Beckham earned recognition in 1996-97, with Wayne Rooney emulating Giggs with consecutive wins from 2004 to 2006.
Our final winner came in Cristiano Ronaldo in 2006-07, with the Portuguese capping an astronomic season across the board.
Mainoo and Garnacho enjoyed a memorable season with a montage of goals and heroic displays culminating in FA Cup glory.
However, they face stiff competition in Pamer and Olise, with Saka hoping to retain his trophy.
Further opportunities to shine
Regardless of the result, both youngsters will play an integral role for Erik ten Hag throughout the calendar year and beyond, with an opening-day Premier League fixture against Fulham on Friday.
Garnacho terrorised Manchester City in the Community Shield, capping a fine performance with a memorable solo goal. His ability in the final third will inevitably have a large say on potential success.
Ten Hag has crafted a meticulous structure that ensures Mainoo remains at the core of transitions. His composure and ability are already attracting worldwide attention, with pundits and supporters recognising a generational midfielder.
The ethos of entrusting youth is essential at the Theatre of Dreams, and this exciting pair have captivated the imaginations of the Stretford End.
